Use Zoiko responsibly; misuse affects others.

- Malware injection, spam, or network attacks
- Illegal content distribution
- Zoiko may suspend accounts that violate AUP to protect network integrity.
4. Service Availability & Performance
We commit to industry-leading uptime, with credits if we fall short.
- Consumers: 99.9% uptime commitment.
- Enterprises: SLA-backed 99.99% uptime with credits for downtime.
- Escalation pathways: service desk → regional lead → enterprise account manager.
- Force majeure: Natural disasters, war, or regulatory restrictions may temporarily affect service.
5. Customer Rights & Responsibilities
You have rights to transparency and privacy, but also obligations to use the service fairly.

- Do not misuse Zoiko’s networks or impersonate others
6. Liabilities & Disclaimers
